New alternative joystick
Added new, alternative joystick. Html based. May work better then default one for some platforms
For enable and modify, see Plugin Parameters -> Is Use Alt. Joystick? -> Configuration
Switch buttons
Added switch buttons (buttons with two states ON and OFF)
For add and setup buttons see Plugin Parameters -> Switch Buttons
Each button also support extra title image, it’s optional
